1. The platform needs very little coding experience.
2. An ideal candidate would be more of a graphic designer.
3. We want every site to be amazing and sometimes we are not given the best assets to start from,
4. So we need a designer who can take poor assets and turn them into beautiful mobile sites.
Job Skills:
1. Developed understanding of call monitoring and coaching practices
2. Knowledge of Web Designing
3. High analytical and communication skills – must be fluent in English (verbal and written)
4. Familiar with Share Point, Excel, Team Track and other reporting
5. Desire to solve problems, meet deadlines and coach others.
