Profile Description :
1. Other responsibilities will include the following customer/site related tasks.
2. Using professional concepts, implement software in various environments.
3. Perform business rule analysis. Configure software applications.
4. Understand and configure software interfacing products.
5. Follow practices and procedures in analyzing a variety of business situations or data requiring a review of a variety of factors.
6. Provide knowledge transfer for customers.

Required Skills:
1. Experience on Workforce Scheduling a plus
2. Experience working on Java and SQL
3. Experience with Crystal Reports or similar reporting package.
4 .Sound technical understanding of Operating Systems, networking technologies, software applications and communication protocols.
5. Must have domain knowledge of HR, T&A and Payroll processing.
